Warranty coverage
ENERGIHEALTH LIMITED guarantees its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, under normal use. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusion

• Free warranty is not provided for any product damaged by human error.
• For any product damaged by human error, if the customer requires repair, the company will charge a repair fee. The specific fee will be based on the quote from the service center.
For product malfunctions occurring outside the warranty period, the company will provide a limited warranty and charge a repair fee. The specific fee will be based on the quote from the service center.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence is not covered under warranty.
