物流政策
運送及交付:
· 訂單在確認後7個工作天內處理並發貨。實際交貨時間取決於目的地及所選擇的運送方式。
· 發貨後會提供追蹤號碼。客戶有責任追蹤貨物的運送進度,並確保有人在該貨物地址接收貨物。
運費:
所有運費由 EnergiHealth(寄件人)承擔,除非另有協議。
收貨及檢查:
· 客戶在收到貨物後需立即檢查。如發現貨物有任何損壞、缺陷或數量不符,必須在48小時內通知 EnergiHealth(info@energi-health.com),並提供相關資料以便處理。
退回損壞貨品:
· 若在收到貨物後發現貨品損壞,請立即聯絡 EnergiHealth以安排退換。所有退貨必須取得退換證書號碼(RMA)。
· 若確認貨物損壞,EnergiHealth將免費更換貨品。
海關及關稅:
· 對於國際運送,任何港口關稅、稅項或其他附加費用由客戶承擔。這些費用與運費分開計算,並需由客戶直接向當地海關支付。
運送延誤:
· 運送時間可能受外部因素影響,如海關處理、自然災害或其他不可控事件。EnergiHealth將不會對此類事件引起的延誤負責,但會向客戶提供最新的延誤資訊。
錯誤的運送資料:
· 若客戶提供的運送資料不正確或不完整,因重新運送而產生的任何附加費用將由客戶負擔。
Shipping and Delivery:
· Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. The delivery time depends on the destination and chosen shipping method.
· A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address.
Shipping Charges:
· All shipping charges will be covered by EnergiHealth (the sender) unless agreed otherwise in a separate agreement.
Receipt and Inspection:
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is required to inspect the goods. Any claims for damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to EnergiHealth at info@energi-health.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Return of Damaged Goods:
· If goods are found to be damaged upon delivery, please contact EnergiHealth immediately to arrange for a replacement or return. Any returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
· Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Customs and Duties:
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from shipping fees and must be settled with the local customs office by the customer.
Shipping Delays:
· Shipping times may be impacted by external factors such as customs processing, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. EnergiHealth is not responsible for delays caused by such events but will keep customers informed of any significant delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
· If the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, any additional charges for re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
